Our Story

It started with a simple problem: being vegan with IBS is really, really hard.

The foods that make vegan diets protein-rich — lentils, chickpeas, certain beans — are the same ones that trigger FODMAP sensitivities. Every meal becomes a game of nutritional Tetris, trying to hit protein targets without triggering symptoms.

We searched for tools to help. The Monash app is fantastic for looking up individual foods, but it doesn't plan meals. Recipe blogs have great ideas, but nothing personalized to learn what works for your body.

So we built FodmapFit — an AI meal planner that understands the unique challenges of vegan FODMAP eating. It tracks what you eat, learns from your symptom logs, and generates plans that actually work for you.
